This is a list of questions that I have thought about over the past few years. My criteria for listing a question are:

1. It is related to my research;
2. I don't know a solution for it, and would like to know one;
3. I am unaware of anyone else having considered this question;
4. I think that solving it would require some interesting mathematics;

I intend to keep this list current with updates regarding progress on these problems, postings of new problems, and updates on bibliographic references. Now that the problems are being ``released", I have a few requests from readers/users:

1. Please inform me of any errors or trivialities you find in the document;
2. Please inform me of any problems for which solutions already exist (as mentioned earlier, these are questions I thought about while thinking about the stuff I'm working on - it could be that others have thought about some of them already);
3. Please keep me updated on any progress on any of these problems; part of keeping the Boise Problem Book current will involve annotating problems with progress reports saying who reportedly solved what, what the solution is, and where proofs could be found. I would especially appreciate receiving a copy of your solution once you make it available.
4. If you hear of interesting variations of these problems, please tell me about it, as well as about the originator.
