Background:  The Spring Topology Conference has been held every year since 1967, when the first such conference was held at Arizona State University.  Conferences since then have been held at a number of universities throughout the United States and Mexico.  While the conference began as a forum for general topology, it has over the years  become much broader and now includes researchers in such fields as geometric topology, geometric group theory, continuum theory, dynamical systems, set theory and topological algebras.  It has managed to maintain its traditional identity while at the same time expanding its breadth, giving it now an interdisciplinary appeal attacting an international group of researchers.  Information on previous conferences can be obtained here.
