The conference registration fee is:
$65.00:  Preregistration (on-line or by paper mail) on or before the preregistration deadline
$75.00:  After the deadline or on site
$30.00:  Full time student

The preregistration deadline has been changed to March 3rd.  Please note that sending in an abstract alone can not be considered registered for the conference.

Invited speakers:  Please also register so we can have more detailed and updated contact information from you.   Please disregard the payment information session in the registration form and note "invited speaker" in the comment field.
