In the first half of each day, i.e. between the hours 9 AM - 12.30 AM, three invited lectures will be held in Kerim Erim Amfisi (Kerim Erim Amphitheatre) which is located on the First floor and seats 140. In the afternoon, contributed talks will take place in three lecture halls on the Third floor, each seating 120 people.
There is a tramway station which is just 40-50 steps from Erboy Hotel and Yasmak Sultan, at the end of Ebussuut Cad. The name of this station is Gülhane Parki (Park of House of Roses) and it is located just across a little wood having high wall of surroundings (there was a zoo once upon a time, nearly 30 years ago, in this park). The next three stations are, respectively, Sultanahmet, Beyazit, Universite. All people should get off at the station Universite. They will see the building of Edebiyat Fakültesi (Faculty of Arts and Literature). If they just walk another 40-50 steps in the direction that the tramway has been going, they can enter Edebiyat Fakültesi and pass through its gardens to reach the conference site, Fen Fakültesi, which is just adjacent to this building.
