Feedback Cyclization in Polynomial Rings over Integral Domains

Feedback Cyclization Property (FC-property)is a stronger form of Pole Assignability. Considering Linear Systems with time delays leads to matrices over polynomial rings.
Still up today it is unknown whether the polynomials over the Complex Numbers have FC-Property.
It is shown, how known results can be unified by certain necessary conditiones, but also new results about polynomials over integral domains are derived.
