Optimal fractional factorial plans using minihypers

Dey and Suen ( 2002 ) obtained optimal fractional factorial plans for estimating mean,all main effects and specified two factor interactions using finite projective geometry.In this paper we obtain optimal fractional factorial plans for estimating mean,all main effects , specified two factor interactions and specified hree factor interactions using the concept of minihyper in finite projective geometry.We also provide a table of optimal fractional factorial plans.
