Estimates for representation numbers of quadratic forms

Let f be a positive binary quadratic form having fundamental discriminant -D, and let rf(n) be the number of representations of n by f. We give estimates and asymptotics for the quantity \sumn <= x rf(n)b, for real b > 0, uniformly in D = o(x).
