A Parametric Family of Cubic Thue Equations

We solve a family of Diophantine equations associated with a family of number fields of degree 3. In fact, we find all solutions to the Thue equation
x3 -(n3-2n2+3n-3) x2 y - n2 x y2 - y3 = +/- 1,
for n >= 1.
