A Unified Concept of Stability for Nonlinear Systems
by
S. Leela
Department of Mathematics, Suny at Geneseo, NY
The talk presents(1) an overview of the concepts of stability leading to a new concept of stability which unifies Lyapunov and orbital stabilities and is defined in terms of a given topology of the function space (“clock space”). This unified concept is introduced in the context of two measures and sufficient conditions are given; (2) an introduction to the theory of set differential equations and its role in studying the stability of fuzzy differential equations and set valued hybrid differential equations.
