In this paper the Bayesian survival analysis based upon ordered observations from the Rayleigh survival model is considered for a situation wherein the first death occurs at a very early stage and is suspected to be an outlier. The so called "SB Model" for outliers is considered and the Bayes estimators of hazard rate, the mean survival time and the survival function are obtained under the assumptions of squared error loss function and suitable prior densities on the underlying parameter space.
