Catalan Type Lattice Paths

We consider lattice paths (Catalan-type) in the Cartesian plane beginning at (0, 0) and proceeding with steps from S=(U=(1, 1) or D=(1, -t)) , where t is a positive integer. Here we present a combinatorial proof of the Catalan-type property that (t+1)m+k divides kC((t+1)m+k, m).
