On the solvability of equations of higher degree

The solvability of the general monic polynomial of degree n yields a formula, to solve the polynomials of degree n over a given field. We show, that the three concepts: 1.The solvability of the general polynomial, 2. The formula to solve all polynomials, and 3. The solvability of all polynomials (for a given degree) are differents, though they are very near to each other.
