ABSTRACT:Balth Van Der Pol is first to propose one cardiac simulator in 1928.In this paper I propose first one new electrical and mathematical model of cardiac cell Pace- maker and NonPacemlaker,named the modele PACEMAKERVI1.This model of 2 variables V and I1 is other representation of relaxation oscillator introduced by Balth Van Der Pol in 1928.The heart can be considered like 3 coupled relaxation oscillators ,the Sinus S, the Atrial A and the Ventricula V.The His bundle link A and V.The cardiac vibrations are Vs,Va,Vhis and Vv.The PC computer gets these signals and display:Vs,Va,Vv,the electrocardiogram ECG PQRST,the segments PR,RR,QRS,and the cardiac frequencies Fs,Fa and Fv.

I propose one mathematical of dynamical system with 4 variables Vs,Va,Vhis and vv dX/dt=F(X) X'=(Vs,Va,Vhis,Vv) for the global functionnment of the heart,with 12 12 cardiac parameters of simulation.I integrate this modele with MAT-LAB and Runge kutta 4.
