Fuzzy Topological Properties in Some Categories of Fuzzy Topological Spaces
by
Cosimo Guido
University of Lecce

In the recent literature, some categories of fuzzy topological spaces are introduced where objects associated to arbitrary fuzzy sets are considered: they contain the full subcategory of Chang-Goguen fuzzy topological spaces.

In each one of these categories one can induce in different ways a fuzzy topology on any fuzzy subset in a fuzzy topological space; also fuzzy homeomorphisms are characterized in different ways.

Taking into account such differences, some fuzzy topological properties already considered in the Chang-Goguen context are extended and studied in the more general categories which we referred to: many differences evidently emerge by considering the behaviour of such properties toward the invariance under fuzzy homeomorphism and, expecially, toward the hereditary conditions one would expect they satisfy.
