Covers of Topological Spaces and Compact-Covering Maps

In this paper, we characterize spaces which are quotient compact-covering s-images of metric spaces. We show that X is a quotient compact-covering s-image of a metric space if and only if X is a quotient countable-compact-covering s-image of a metric space.
