On Preservation of Fibrants under Shape Fibrations

One can show that a shape fibration of compacta has a
fibrant extension which is a Hurewicz fibration. This implies
simple proofs for some results already well known for shape
fibrations and also some new results. In this paper it is shown
that a shape fibration, which is a strong shape domination,
preserves fibrants and approximate polyhedra.
