We show that a \Sigma-product of semi-stratifiable spaces, each finite subproduct of which is paracompact, is normal if and only if the \Sigma-product is countably paracompact. Second, we show that a \Sigma-product of separable spaces is collectionwise normal if and only if it is normal.
